Raheem Sterling has reportedly bought 550 tickets so pupils at his former school can watch Saturday’s FA Cup semi-final.
The Manchester City winger grew up a short walk away from Wembley Stadium, the venue for his side’s match with Brighton, with commentary live on talkSPORT.
The Daily Mail report that Sterling made the request to staff at the Ethiad Stadium prior to the FA Cup clash.
The England man will also meet pupils from Ark Elvin Academy in Wembley where City are training on Thursday and they will then travel to the match on Saturday.
The 24-year-old has also reportedly arranged for travel for everyone attending.
“Raheem wanted to do something for the kids from his old school and approached the club to see what could be done,†a source told the Mail.
