Tottenham have warned supporters they could have their season tickets suspended if discovered trying to profit from the club’s move to their new stadium.
Spurs will finally move into the £1billion structure next month, with Crystal Palace visiting the ‘Tottenham Hotspur Stadium’ on April 3 as the first official fixture.
They will then take on Manchester City in the Champions League quarter-finals a week later, with four further Premier League home matches remaining before the end of the season.
The north London club have already confirmed they are freezing season ticket prices for 2019/20 – their first full campaign at the new ground – but some people could find their tickets suspended if found guilty of selling their seats for next month’s Crystal Palace clash.
Tottenham are aware of some supporters listing their tickets for sale on social media, with the Telegraph reporting on one advert which lists two tickets for £1,200.
And Spurs have threatened to punish supporters who breach the club’s terms and conditions apropos the buying of tickets.

A Tottenham spokesperson said: “Season-ticket holders or anyone else selling their tickets on social-media platforms and other unofficial websites are in breach of the club’s terms and conditions, therefore leaving themselves liable to having their accounts suspended.
“The only official way to transfer tickets is via Ticket Exchange or Ticket Share which become operational on the date tickets go on sale.”

Darren Bent is off to either Man City, Arsenal, Chelsea and possibly Man Utd, as soon as Downing and Young go to Liverpool and Man Utd. He does not want to stay with a club who does not have ambition and can't hold onto their best players, so he will leave for 1 of the big four for more money and a chance for a crack at Champ League football.
