Eden Hazard gave a jovial response when asked if he would sign a new Chelsea deal at the club’s end-of-season awards on Friday.
The 28-year-old, who has just one year left on his Blues deal, has been continually linked with a summer move to Real Madrid.
Hazard has been Chelsea’s standout performer once again this season, scoring 19 goals and registering 16 assists.
He picked up the club’s goal and player of the year awards on Friday night, but was heckled during the ceremony by one of the Blues supporters in attendance.
The fan shouted: “Sign the contract!” To which Hazard, who joined Chelsea in a £32million deal from Lille in 2012, replied: “Where’s the pen?”
